Shipping & Returns Information HEADING_TITLE

All in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours after your order has been received. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the day your order was entered. Notices of any back ordered items are mailed immediately. Back orders occur when an item is on order from the manufacturer but has not yet arrived at our warehouse.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We ship "Best Way." We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes. See chart below for shipping charges to the lower 48 states. Shipping charges for Internet orders over $2,000 will be Actual Shipping. Charges on invoices are estimates only.

Cellular devices will be charged a separate shipping rate. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of cellphone orders.

For an additional charge, your order may be delivered overnight via UPS Red or within two days via UPS Blue. Orders must be received by 12pm Central Time to guarantee on-time delivery. Other express delivery services can also be arranged. Please call for a quote on rush delivery charges.

General Return Policy
Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment (applies to everything except cellular phones). We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns/exchanges. Special order purchases are not returnable. Cellular phones may have different return policies. Please see the Cellphone Return Policy section below.

Cellphone Return Policy
Cellphones must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment. All returned product (including the device and related accessories) must be in its original packaging with ALL original contents undamaged and in good working condition (no scratches, nicks, broken parts, liquid damage, or other visible inflicted damage).

Carefully repack the merchandise. All items must be in "like new" and resellable condition, with all accessories, instruction manuals, warranty cards, etc. included. Wrap the box in brown paper so the original box is unaltered, and write the RMA number on the outside of the brown paper. An exchange or in-store credit will be issued if these instructions are not followed. Send the merchandise, packing slip, and completed return form prepaid to:
